The Hiring Process

The Application Process This document is in PDF format. Download the free viewer from www.adobe.com

The goal of the Recruiting Division is to help all applicants prepare and succeed in every aspect of the hiring process. We hope that this will serve as a guide to inform and prepare you for each phase of the process. The hiring process may take six months to a year to complete. Each phase must be completed before beginning the next phase, and all phases must be completed before an applicant is eligible for employment (including submission of documents). Phase completion does not guarantee that an applicant will be offered a Final Offer of Employment. Any applicant who is discovered to be disqualified will be removed from the process immediately. All applicants are responsible to notify the Recruiting Division of all changes in employment, contact information, criminal history, or personal information throughout the complete process. Failure to report any information during the process could cause an applicant to be removed from the process. Some phases require that applicants report on a scheduled date and time. Failure to keep scheduled processing appointments without prior notice can result in the removal of their application.
