Region II is presently researching notification systems that could be utilized in all eight parishes. In order to make a comprehensive decision, the parishes will be holding a Vendor Day on October 5, 2009 to be held in the Emergency Operations Center of the East Baton Rouge Mayor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from 1pm to 5pm. We would like to officially invite you to be present during the demonstrations given by the invited vendors. Each vendor will be allotted forty-five (45) minutes for presentations as well as questions and answers. Please encourage your offices’ decision makers on this matter to attend.
