Dr. Tamiara Wade,  Assistant Chief Administrative Officer

Dr. Tamiara L. Wade is a native and current resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is an honored graduate of Southern University and A&M College, having received a bachelors of English Liberal Arts, masters of Public Administration and a doctoral degree in Public Policy and Urban Affairs. She most recently served as a Learning Expert at the NASA Stennis Space Center via Paragon TEC in Mississippi and as the national project administrator at the NASA Armstrong Flight and Research Center via the Aero Institute in California. As administrator, she facilitated the oversight of STEM research funded projects at thirteen (13) university research centers across the United States (and Puerto Rico). As Learning Expert, she co-managed the STEM engagement portfolio and redesign and implementation of a national initiative. She was also the Louisiana and Mississippi lead for the implementation and execution of the NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS) project recruiting scholars from across the US to participate in onsite NASA experiences that included robotic competition simulations. Dr. Wade is also a licensed educator and has served as a founding dean and adjunct professor, instructing classes on Women in Politics and Political Economy. Whether as a professor, teacher or director, she has taught on every level of the education spectrum from kindergarten through the doctoral degree.


Rowdy Gaudet, Assistant Chief Administrative Officer

Rowdy Gaudet formerly worked as the Chief of Staff for the Disaster Recovery Unit for the state of Louisiana. Gaudet also has experience in executive management, government relations, business and economic development, infrastructure management, and strategic communications. He has a bachelorís degree in mass communications from McNeese State University and an MBA from LSU.
