The Service Fee Business Office bills, collects, and accounts for sewer user fees and solid waste collection fees.  These fees provide funding for sewer maintenance and improvements, and for the collection and disposal of solid waste. They are located on the second floor of the Public Works and Planning Center at 1100 Laurel Street.
