The Delmont Service Center is one of five community centers in East
Baton Rouge Parish that operates under the auspices of the City of
Baton Rouge. Each center services a specific demographical area
but all provide direction to accessing programs and services within
the community.
The Center's service area includes zip codes: 70805 (some)
70811 70812 70818 (some) 70739 (some)

The center serves as a nucleus site for information/referrals to
the public and is committed to providing a continuum of programs,
services, and activities that meet the needs of the community. The ability to
network with other social service agencies, businesses, faith-based
and non-profit organizations play a significant role in meeting the
needs of the community.
The Delmont
Service Center is a member
agency of the Human Services Consortium, the United Way Info Line, and
the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
