Disqualification Criteria

Pending DWI arrests with serious injury or death unless pre-approved by assigned Judge.
- History of serious violent behavior within prior ten (10) years.
- History of drug sales or trafficking within prior ten (10) years.
- nability to participate due to legal incompetence to proceed or in need of services beyond the programs ability to provide.
- Currently participating in a Drug Court Program or another DWI or Sobriety Court Program.
