$45 million Low-interest Loan to Benefit EBR Sewer Revamp

Below Market Loan to Charge 0.95 Percent Interest for 20 Year Term


The City-Parish has received preliminary approval from the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality Clean Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program for a low-interest $45-million loan to help revamp East Baton Rouge’s aging sewer system.
