Community Policing Consortium
A partnership of national policing organizations.  Includes information describing community policing, newsletters, library publications, and other resources.

Enterprise Foundation
A National nonprofit of housing and community development organizations.   Includes information on services, membership, other resources and newsletters.

Fannie Mae's Internet Site
Fannie Mae is a federally chartered, private company that provides funds for housing mortgages. Rather than lending money directly to homebuyers, Fannie Mae works with mortgage lenders to provide housing mortgage funds and is the nation's largest provider of home mortgages. Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas
Information about the FHLB, its member institutions, the Community Investment Program for economic development, housing and community revitalization, Affordable Housing Program, and Partnership Grant Program for nonprofit.

HUD--Louisiana State Office
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office serving the State of Louisiana.  Includes information on FHA, public housing, other HUD programs, contacts.

Kentucky Real Estate Commission 
A listing and links of national real estate organizations, real estate centers, federal links to real estate regulatory agencies.  Includes real estate broker organizations with state/local memberships such as the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Local Initiatives Support Corporation -LISC 
LISC is the nation's premier financial intermediary to channel grants, investments, and technical support to local community development corporations (CDCs).

National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials

The national organizations representing the greater majority of Baton Rouge brokers.

National Coalition for the Homeless
National Advisory Network of homeless person(s), activists, and service providers.  Information on homelessness, legislation, library resources, and links to other sources.

National League of Cities
Membership organization of municipalities.  Includes information on legislation, it's programs/services, other resources.

Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation
A congressionally chartered public nonprofit corporation. Affordable housing and neighborhood reinvestment. Includes training and research resources / links.

The Foundation Center
The Foundation Center is an independent nonprofit information clearinghouse whose mission is to foster public understanding of the foundation field by collection, organizing, analyzing, and the dissemination information on foundations, corporate giving and related subjects.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program
The Weatherization Assistance Program works to increase energy effciency in U.S. households. Its goals are to reduce energy consumption, lower fuel bills, and increase the comfort and safety of occupants.
