New Housing Developments

The Office of Community Development (OCD) receives applications for New Housing Development Projects on a continuing basis. Potential applicants (such as; CHDO’s, Non-profit organizations, CDC’s, For-profits, etc.) are strongly encouraged to discuss project proposals with OCD staff in order to ensure that they are in furtherance of City-Parish goals. The City-Parish reserves the sole right to approve or reject any and all applications on such basis as it deems to be in its best interest.
